Sales subject to art. 45/67 "Consumer rights" of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/05)

Information pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005:
Purchases made on our site, like all remote purchases by telephone or correspondence, since they take place outside of business premises, are protected by legislative decree n.206 / 2005 which provides for the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right to withdrawal. The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within a period of 14 days.

Exclusions:
The Customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products, i.e .:

• in the absence of the original packaging;
• in the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc.).

The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers (natural persons who purchase goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and by natural persons acting for purposes related to the activity. professionally carried out.
The costs of returning the product are charged to the customer.
We reserve the right to inspect the integrity of the returned material before processing the refund.
The refund only includes the cost of the material, shipping costs, ancillary costs such as packaging, cash on delivery, insurance are not included and any PayPal cost incurred will be deducted.
Once the goods have been received and their integrity has been verified, we will, as soon as possible, credit the customer with the cost of the returned products, withholding, where necessary, the amount of shipping costs which will in any case be borne by the customer.
